Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us-we'll do our best to make it right.

How long do your press-on nails last?

With proper application and careful removal, our nails can last 1-3 weeks and may be reused multiple times.

Are your nails homemade?

Yes! Every set is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail using quality prodcuts for a salon-inspired look.

Are your press-on nails reusable?

Absolutely! With proper removal and care, many of our sets can be worn multiple times.

What's included with my nail order?

Nail Glue
Alcohol prep pad
Buffer
Cuticle pusher
Cuticle oil wipe
Easy application instructions

How do I know my nail size?

You can measure your nails using a flexible measuring tape or use the coin method. For step-by-step instructions and our size chart, please visit our Find Your Perfect Fit sizing guide. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

Are your body products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with quality ingredients, but because everyone's skin is different, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Do you accept custom nail orders?

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. While we can't guarantee every design can be recreated exactly, we'll work with you to create a beautiful custom set that captures the look you're going for.

How long does the perfume last?

Our perfume oils are highly concentrated and designed to provide long-lasting fragrance. Longevity may vary depending on skin type and application.

Are your body products handmade?

Yes! Our body butters, scrubs, oils and other beauty essentials are handcrafted in small batches with quality ingredients.

How long does shipping take?

Beauty products are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Handmade press-on nails require 1-5 business days for production before shipping. Intricate custom designs may take longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We believe handmade beauty is worth the wait, and every order is carefully crafted and packaged with care.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes. For the safety and convenience of both our customers and staff, we've partnered with our local UPS Store in Salisbury, NC, to provide a secure pickup option for local orders.

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirming that your package is available. Customers will have 5 days from the pickup notification date to collect their order and may do so at any time during the UPS Store’s normal business hours.

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation/pickup email when collecting your package to help ensure the correct order is released.

Please note that the UPS Store is being used only as a secure holding location for your package. If you have any questions or issues regarding your order, please contact us directly rather than the UPS Store.

How long does it take for local pick up orders?

Local pick up orders are typically ready within in 1-4 business days, depending on the items ordered and whether any products need to be made or customized. Once your order is ready and has been dropped off at the pick up location, you'll recieve and email with pick up instructions and your 5-day pick up window.
