At Pressure Press-Ons Beauty Co., your satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on press-on nails, skincare, body care, beauty products, lip care, perfumes, or custom orders for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at keyp@pressurepressonsbeautyco.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing your claim, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pressure Press-Ons Beauty Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist where possible.
